Q. Do you help with golden visa procedures?

A. Yes we do! Once we determine the right property to match your needs or investment (above 250,000 euros), our legal team will assist with all of the paperwork, submissions and protocol to ensure you benefit from the Golden Visa within 3-4 months from the purchase agreement of a property.

 

Q. i am looking for a property for investment, do you manage everything from purchase to leasing to accounting and legal?

A. Our goal is to become the trusted choice for investors looking to enter our markets (Greece, Serbia) and to offer a one-stop services for all your property investment needs. You will only need to deal with one entity to handle every single need and for all arrangements relating to your property.

 

Q. what are your fees for finding a property and negotiating deals?

A. We charge a fixed fee of 2% of the contract for any property we provide agency services for, 1.5% on any legal services for each contract, and provide a clear fee structure for our other services (Golden Visa application, Tax Consulting, Refurbishment, Maintenance, Management, etc).

 

Q. Can i purchase a property directly from one of your projects?

A. Of course you can! When purchasing one of our own developed properties directly through our offices, you will be free of any fees. This is why we strongly advise our prospective clients to regularly check our website and social media handles to find out about our latest projects before they sell out! However, should one of our esteemed brokering partners have referred you to us then we ask you to kindly their brokering fees.

A. We have a team of over 40 years of experience in the region and licensed in evaluating and filtering properties for our clients. Our goal is to find the right property, not “a” property for you.
